Engagement Type: Support Description: We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Cloud Oracle HCM Support Analyst who is ready to take the next step in their career. You will join our Clients Managed Services practice in a hands on, client facing service delivery role. The role will be part of their Managed Services support offering where you will have the opportunity to use your current expertise but also learn new skills and modules as you work with clients from a broad range of industry sectors. The role is to provide applications support either remotely or on site. Minimum Years Experience: 3 Years 5 Key Skills Required: - Strong Oracle HR, SSHR and Payroll expertise on R12 and Cloud expertise in Absence Management, Taleo, Time & Labor, Learning Management, Recruitment, Compensation Management, Performance Management etc. - Experience of Data migration using HDL. - Oracle SQL and SQL tools e.g. SQL Developer, Toad and Oracle Workflow administration. - Experience with troubleshooting problems, including functional replication of issues. - Experience of raising Oracle Service Requests, including Sev-1 SRs, and the SR escalation process, with experience in change control management. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Provide support on Cloud HCM/Payroll, for clients that have gone live on Oracle Cloud. - Work in a functional and technical capacity to resolve issues that the clients may have. - Raise Oracle Service Requests. - Deliver consistently high standards. - Keep up to date with upgrades and enhancements to the system.

Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years 5 Key Skills Required: - Relevant client facing HR Technology experience, ideally Oracle specialism/certification with experience of a minimum of 2 HR implementations. - Background in Human Resources Transformation Consulting. - Strong digital skills with demonstrable experience in several of the following activities: Requirements gathering, gap analysis, Solution design, HCM process design, Functional configuration, Workshop design and delivery, Testing, Training and Support of HCM Solutions post go live. - Experience of User Centric design approach and developing innovative solution design options. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with blended teams. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Leading and contributing to our client facing Oracle HCM projects, taking full responsibility for one or more functional areas, from design through to deployment, as part a project team. - Soliciting and challenging client requirements, presenting and facilitating workshops, analysing data, and configuring solutions in Oracle. - Collaborating with colleagues across the HR and Financials transformation teams, and wider network to identify and create solutions that bring value to the clients. - Taking responsibility for development of more junior colleagues through career coaching and mentoring. - Playing your part in the proposition and business development activities.

Engagement Type: Support and Development Description: Our client wishes to appoint a Senior Technical Oracle BI Developer & Integrations Engineer to its Financial Information System Team. The successful person will be the Technical Lead on the ongoing development, maintenance, and improvement of the BI suite of reports and associated integrations across the Oracle platform to improve the financial processes and integrations for Oracle EBS. Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years 5 Key Skills Required: - 5 years relevant post-qualification experience, with a minimum of 3 years in an Oracle development environment with Oracle EBS, OBIA, OBIEE. - Extensive technical knowledge and experience in the design and development of Oracle EBS based systems and using the Oracle environment and tools. - An understanding of data structures, their inter-relationships and dependencies, and how and from where this data is sourced. - Strong technical design skills, with a proactive approach to work and to solution delivery. - The ability to influence, negotiate and communicate effectively, the successful candidate will be comfortable explaining complex technical system concepts and issues, dealing with internal and external stakeholders in an accessible and professional manner. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Leading out on the creation of functional and technical design specifications based on an analysis of user reporting requirements. - Managing technical design and development requirements within Oracle, including integrations, to support and underpin BI and EBS reporting, collaborating and consulting with FIS, IT Services and the Managed Service Partner as required. - Development of interfaces between the E-Business suite and existing systems. - Acting as Technical Lead and owner of the Oracle BI suite of reports and also across the Oracle platform as a whole. - Review the reporting aspects of the system, fully managing issues encountered to resolution.
