Network DevOps Engineer (Contract)
Location: Amsterdam Country: Netherlands
 

Join the DevOps team Network OnPrem within a leading financial institution. Our team is responsible for managing the datacenter network infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and security.

About the Role:

As a Network DEVOPS engineer focusing on OPS, you'll play a crucial role in managing the NXOS datacenter infrastructure. This role requires flexibility and the ability to work outside standard business hours when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the NXOS datacenter infrastructure (locally managed)
  • Address incidents and vulnerabilities promptly
  • Collaborate with DEVOPS, MLAN, Datacenter, and Storage teams
  • Provide work instructions for MLAN as required
  • Perform standard tasks including port management, communication setups, device connections, subnet management, and performance monitoring
  • Maintain fault tracking and resolution
  • Participate in ACI 1.0 tenants and software testing

Candidate Requirements:

  • CCNP certification
  • Knowledge of CISCO Network devices (NXOS and ACI experience preferred)
  • Experience working in large datacenters
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
