This is a remote Amsterdam based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on their largest digital and technological transformation program.

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Global Benefits Analyst to join our Clients team. As a key member of our Clients global benefits team, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing their employee benefits programs across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the global and regional benefits team in managing employee benefit programs and projects across 70+ countries and four regions
  • Take ownership of global benefit and wellbeing programs and processes and drive improvement and employee engagement
  • Ensure local and global benefits programs remain compliant with local legislation, competitive with local and global job markets and aligned with the Clients total rewards strategy
  • Manage existing benefit providers and brokers and support in global or local benefit renewal processes and negotiations across multiple locations
  • Lead or support global and regional rollouts of new benefits programs and ensure effective implementation and communication
  • Support implementation of new benefits and improvement of existing benefits in Workday Partner closely with EMEA and APAC C&B manager to support benefits related programs and projects in the region

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in global employee benefits management in an international organization
  • Strong understanding of global benefits practices & regulations (especially EMEA & APAC)
  • Experience in designing and rolling out global benefit policies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills while working closely with regional and global teams
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, able to drive projects with minimal supervision across complex organizational, systems, and regulatory landscape
  • Ability to thrive in our fast-paced, challenging, and international environment
  • Creative problem-solving skills and data-driven approach
  • Experience in managing benefits and absences in Workday
