SmartCOMM Expert - Freelance/B2B - Fully Remote in the EU

Robson Bale are looking for a SmartCOMM Expert to come on board for an initial 6 month, fully remote contract within the EU.

Candidates MUST be based in the EU for this role.

6 months, market rate

Role/Requirements:

1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand communication requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SmartCOMM development.
2. Collaborate with all integrated applications for end-to-end solution designing.
3. Work with client enterprise architect for end-to-end solution architecture.
4. Design and develop reusable SmartCOMM templates, workflows, and configurations.
5. Utilize SmartCOMM features like Business Object Studio, Advanced Template Designer, and Data Modeler to build communication solutions.
6. Migration of templates from Thunderhead to SmartCOMM
7. Collaborate with project teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
8. Contribute to the development of best practices for SmartCOMM development and implementation.
9. Provide technical guidance and support to team members and end-users.
10. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
11. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SmartCOMM solutions
12. Stay up to date on the latest SmartCOMM features and best practices.
13. Expertise in SmartCOMM and Thunderhead
14. Ability to design and develop complex solutions in SmartCOMM.
15. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
16. Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Skills:

1. In depth knowledge of SmartCOMM, including Advanced Template Designer, Data Modeler, and other relevant tools.
2. Experience in migration from Thunderhead to SmartCOMM
3. Experience in draft editor integration and integration through SmartCOMM APIs
4. Experience with XML, XSLT, and Scripting languages eg, JavaScript may be beneficial.
5. Understanding of system development methodologies eg, Agile, Kanban.
