SAP VMS Consultant.

Next Ventures are currently executing a search for an experienced SAP VMS (Vehicle Management System) Consultant with a strong background in SAP and expertise in SAP VMS Solution. The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of SAP experience, including at least 1 full life cycle S4HANA VMS project within the Auto-Dealer industry. The candidate should possess hands-on configuration knowledge of the sales, purchasing, vehicle master, and service processes within the Auto Dealer Business Process. In addition, a thorough understanding and working knowledge of the integration between VMS and DBM (Dealer Business Management) is required.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP VMS solutions.
Configure SAP VMS modules to meet business requirements, including sales, purchasing, vehicle master, and service processes within the Auto Dealer Business Process.
Provide guidance and support to the project team in implementing SAP VMS solutions.
Participate in all phases of the project life cycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
Conduct system testing and assist in resolving issues and defects.
Work closely with the integration team to ensure seamless integration between VMS and DBM.
Provide training and knowledge transfer to end users and support staff.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP VMS trends and best practices.

Requirements:

More than 5 years of experience in SAP, with a focus on SAP VMS Solution.
At least 1 full life cycle S4HANA VMS project experience within the Auto-Dealer industry.
Strong hands-on configuration knowledge of the sales, purchasing, vehicle master, and service processes within the Auto Dealer Business Process.
In-depth understanding and working knowledge of the integration between VMS and DBM.
Proficiency in SAP VMS modules, including but not limited to Vehicle Sales, Vehicle Purchasing, Vehicle Master, and Vehicle Service.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed. (hybrid/remote working can be agreed).
Thorough understanding and working knowledge of the integration between VMS and DBM
Thorough understanding and working knowledge of the integration between VMS/DBM and ECC 6.0 IS Auto
Thorough knowledge and experience in the automotive wholesale & retail industry on process design and system solutions
Excellent working knowledge of the ASAP methodology
Integration knowledge between DBM/VMS and BI
Understanding of the used car sales process

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.

Certifications:

SAP certifications in relevant modules (VMS, S/4HANA) are a plus.
