SAP HCM PT Developer (Sweden) (Contract)

Location: Sweden
 

* Adriana @ RED - SAP Swedish HCM-PY & PT - Freelance & Remote contract.

One of our International Customers at RED is in the search of experienced SAP HCM Consultant for a freelance contract, based in Europe.

Role: SAP HCM Developer - Swedish PY & PT

Project: Roll Out

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: initial 6 months (with possible extensions)
Contract: Freelance (no permanent/no Visa/No sponsorship can be offered)
Location: Fully Remote
Rate: Negotiable, depending on experience (Euros Per Hour/Day)

Main responsibilities: Implementing SAP HCM Payroll & Personnel Time Management for Sweden


Required Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP Payroll for Sweden (previous configuration experience)
  • Experience with SAP HCM - Personnel Time Management >= experienced in configuration, able to rebuild time-rules and schedules and with good analytical skills. Able to code language and make changes.
  • Experience with Employee Central Swedish Payroll (configuration) is a BONUS

Main Responsibilities:

- Analysis, creation and adjustments of time rules & schemes

- Adjustment of time schedules

- Building of time quotas to reflect new requirements of the global system

- Adjustments and analysis of B2 time cluster
