This position is responsible for the implementation, planning and support of the Bell Bank voice communications systems. This position provides management and support of company cellular phone plans and support of end-users. This position manages and supports company facsimile systems and provides assistance and direction for cabling and infrastructure changes.

Primary Duties:

* Responsible for design, implementation, and support of communication related hardware and software solutions, including, but not limited to:
o Virtual Bank's Automated Call Delivery (ACD) and Contact Center system.
o Mitel Phone Switches in a clustered networked environment.
o IP trunking and IP phones.
o Physical Faxing
o Virtual faxing using Rightfax Connect.
o Mitel Teleworker MAS server which includes mobile extension.
o Cisco Unity Voice Mail and Cisco Communications Manager.
o Digital voice recording systems.
o Phone system Servers including backups, patches, and needed maintenance.
o Communication lines; including orders, repair, billing and troubles for analog, T-1, PRI, MPLS, Metro Ethernet, SIP services.
* Responsible for cell phone setup, support, and billing for all bank employees
* Investigate and resolve communications related problems as they arise, working with providers for assistance as needed.
* Perform phone system modifications for new employee setup and existing employee changes.
* Install and implement new communications hardware within the Bell Bank infrastructure to support voice infrastructure, including working with vendors as needed for implementation.
* Responsible for the cabling infrastructure that supports both voice and data for all Bell Bank locations to include:
o Creation and maintenance of all documentation for cabling systems installed.
o Creation and updating of Bell Bank cabling standards.
o Work with cabling vendors to ensure Bell Bank cabling standards are followed.
* Work flexible hours to maintain communications hardware and software within the Bell Bank infrastructure, to include after hour and weekends, as needed.
* Carry a bank provided cell phone for emergencies and after hours support.
* Provide backup support for other related support positions within the department as needed for phone coverage and other assigned duties.
* Attend EIS Team meetings.
* Provide training, one-on-one or in a larger setting for new software or hardware updates, as necessary.
* Know by name and face as many customers and employees as possible, calling them by name as often as possible.

* Know, understand, and live the company values and bottom line.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Skills Required:

* Minimum two-year degree in computer related field.
* Minimum of five years of hands-on experience with Mitel phone systems.
* Working knowledge of information systems including personal computer operating systems, application software and communication technology.
* Working knowledge of Network Quality of Service (QOS)
* Working knowledge of TCP/IP Addressing and basic network troubleshooting.
* General knowledge of personal computers and related software programs including, but not limited to, all Windows Platforms including Windows 7.
* Hands-on experience with Voice Over IP (VOIP) and Wide Area Network (WAN) environment.
* Ability to solve in-depth hardware and software problems completely with minimal supervision.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work with minimal supervision to provide the necessary support for software and hardware problems or questions.
