Digital UX Manager (Full Time)

Location: Chicago, Illinois Country: United States of America
 

Bachelor's degree
3+ years' experience in digital marketing technical & user experience development
1+ years' experience with Salesforce Pardot and marketing automation platforms
3+ years' experience with WordPress +/or WebFlow or other website Content Management Systems (CMS)
3+ years' experience with graphic design and web design with hands on skills in Adobe Photoshop, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience working with technical teams required, preferably within an Agile (SAFe) framework
Ability to lead and manage external resources (freelancers +/or agencies)
Exceptional ability to extract strategic insights from data and adjust and/or plan accordingly

Requirements:
The Digital UX Manager will work very close with various Marketing and Business teams to define, develop, launch, and support our digital capabilities.
Responsible for digital product experiences, including (but not limited to) Corp's.com, Corp's Mobile App, Landing Pages, Digital Communications, and other internal/external facing digital experiences related to customer/employee engagement.
Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the design, development, and maintenance of digital products.
Interprets user data and insights to identify opportunities to influence the digital customer and employee experience by reducing customer friction, increasing simplicity and product usability across multiple digital channels.
Plans and executes UX Design and Development tasks across multiple channels.
Represents the voice of the user and employs best practices for digital user experiences.
Guides digital experience projects throughout their life cycle and supports their adoption and use.
