Network Real Estate Specialist/Developer - II (Contract)

JOB TITLE: Network Real Estate - Coordinator

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

The position provides support to the Real Estate Specialists. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and diplomatic skills to work in a professional manner with people, both internal and external, across several management levels. Individual must have sound judgment; be extremely organized with a strong emphasis on attention to detail.

The position requires a person who is able to handle several projects in parallel and follow through on expectations with minimal supervision. Individual should be self-motivated, a fast learner, proactive in anticipating needs and thinking beyond the guidelines provided in the role. Ideal candidate is able to work independently and contribute as an effective team member. Accuracy and adherence to deadlines in a fast-paced environment is essential.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Work with the Real Estate Specialists, SAR, and law firms, and West Territory to obtain information needed for preparing and routing Deal Memo/Routing Document packages for signature
  • Receive and upload real estate agreement documents into NetDocs (eg, Phase I, Title, Title Report Review, Deal Memo, Attorney Risk Assessments, Environmental Evaluation Summary, etc.)
  • Route real estate related documents (eg, leases, amendments, memorandum of leases, etc.) received via mail and e-mail to sub-market management for execution Communicate lease project status updates to Real Estate Specialists, Real Estate Manager, Site Acquisition Vendors, and Law Firms Prepare and track FedEx shipments and deliveries
  • Create, organize, and maintain real estate files Update site databases (eg, NetSites, NetDocs, Fuze, Site Tracker, etc.) with new site development dates/milestones Request location codes, project numbers, and budget strings for new sites Scan/email real estate related documents to the Real Estate Specialist and outside vendors (eg, legal, site acquisition vendors, etc.)
  • Enter applicable field information on leases after execution and notarize leases where applicable Manage Landlord inquiries (eg, late rent payments, complaints, standard requests)
  • Work with Real Estate Specialists to obtain written acknowledgement to commence rent for new sites
  • Research, find, and provide documentation needed for projects by either looking in online tools and applications or in files in the Irving, TX office.
  • Providing back up to other team members as needed. Perform other special projects as assigned;

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

  • Excellent problem solving ability
  • Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and deadlines
  • Self-starter with strong sense of ownership and involvement
  • Ability to function efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced professional environment
  • Ability to successfully prioritize and provide accurate follow up on all issues and correspondence
  • Ability to be detail-oriented and possess strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively interact with all Engineering teams and maintain a high level of confidentiality Ability to efficiently use tools and applications such as MS Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to learn and efficiently use tools and applications such as Sitetraker and FUZE SPM

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Administrative assistance experience preferred
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Purchase Orders and driving financial responsibility preferred

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

  • College Education desired

REQUIRED SHIFT:

  • 8AM - 5pm, 1 hour lunch, 40hr/wk
