The Veeva Team is looking for an Account Partner to drive sales and account management within the Commercial divisions of the Medical Devices & Diagnostics Industry. As an Account Partner, you will be responsible for aligning customer objectives with Veeva's Commercial program sponsors.

The successful candidate will do so by communicating across various business functions, organizational levels (including C-level), and technology departments. Creativity, initiative, and the ability to work effectively within a growing team are critical.This is a highly visible role at Veeva that requires deep industry expertise and domain knowledge.

Your job will be to partner closely with the customer to develop long-term growth plans that drive adoption and extend our reach.Locations include Los Angeles, San Fransisco, San Diego, San Jose, and Sacramento areas.What You'll DoManage the entire sales process from lead generation through contract negotiation/execution to delivery handoffAnalyze and relate customer's vision to Veeva's value propositions/solutionsWork both independently and cohesively in a team environmentRepresent the Company at Industry Associations and EventsCultivate relationships that provide direct access to key decision makers across Commercial & Medical organizationsReport and maintain opportunities, notes, contacts, and accounts via Veeva's CRMRequirements8+ years combined experience across sales, account management, and consulting in SaaS, Software, or related field3+ years of experience focused on account management serving Global Medical Device & Diagnostics customersExpertise in MedTech Commercial & Medical technology and processesProven track record of cultivating C-suite relationships across multiple business functionsStrong negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to close large, multi-million-dollar contractsAbility to articulate complex value propositions to VP & C-level customersAbility to travel as needed to spend time onsite with customers depending on locationPerks & BenefitsMedical, dental, vision, and basic life insuranceFlexible PTO and company paid holidaysRetirement programs1% charitable giving programCompensationBase pay: $80,000 - $300,000The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role.

This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
