About the TeamThe iLX (Information & Learning Experience) team creates and manages software solutions to efficiently produce top-quality content for Workday product releases. The iLX Engineering and Operations team is responsible for the Workday documentation process in AEMaaCS and manages software operations in our AWS accounts. Additionally, the team builds data and analytics platforms to evaluate content efficacy and provide practical insights to improve business processes.

About the RoleWe are looking for an AEM Developer to play a lead role in the development, design, testing and deployment of Adobe Experience Management (Cloud) Web and Mobile solutions using AEM Guides, Sites, Assets & Analytics. The AEM Developer will improve and implement sophisticated AEM standard processes, lead the design and implementation of content authoring, automate publication processes, and collaborate with other Workday AEM platform architects and engineers.About YouYou are a passionate AEM Developer who excels at leading, designing and building enterprise applications using AEMaaCS.

You are an AEM domain professional with knowledge of AEMaaCS and eager and willing to share your AEM knowledge and expertise with iLX and Workday teammates.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Math or equivalent5+ years of software engineering experience with exposure to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), AEM Guides, Sites, Assets, Adobe Analytics, and DITA5+ years of experience with web technologies, including HTML, CSS and JavaScriptOther Qualifications:3+ years of developing, deploying, and supporting high performance systems in production and AEMaaCS(Cloud) experienceAdobe AEM Developer or higher certification is a plusKnowledge of Java and web application developmentExpertise with Adobe AnalyticsWorkday is proud of its diverse workforce, but does not sponsor employment visas or consider individuals on time-limited visas that will require sponsorship now or in the future for this position.Workday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.

Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process.

Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
