Job Family:Cyber ConsultingTravel Required:NoneClearance Required:Active Top Secret (TS)What You Will Do:Engineer, Design, Implement and Enhance the cybersecurity solutions for a large federal organization. Our engineers led technology assessments, client engagements, and the implementation of cybersecurity tools.

We are looking for technical SMEs across multiple technology areas to help advise and lead our customers. Responsibilities of our engineers includes:Assess current architectures and configurations and recommend enhancementsDocument the current and target architecturesAdvise on roadmaps and implementation plans for enhancementsLead technical initiatives, including hands on configuration, design, and support.Work across multiple stakeholders to understand needs, concerns, and risksIdentify, document, and recommend changes to improve quality of service, cost efficiency, cost effectiveness and utility of IT services Implement new or replace existing implementations for security servicesImplement or modify capability to add a new source of data, and assist network and IT service organizations with design, documentation, and deployment planning for capability to monitor, assess, and report security eventsAdvise on key initiatives to include Zero Trust, Control Automation, Log Management, and SOAR.

What You Will Need:An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET federal security clearanceBachelor's Degree FOUR (4) or more years of experience relevant to CybersecurityAbility to work collaboratively within a client facing federal government environmentWhat Would Be Nice To Have:FOUR (4) or more years of experience in network and endpoint security architecture. THREE (3) or more years of experience in security operations engineering; managing both Linux and Windows servers; ability to code or script development; managing AWS or Azure operations and SIEM experienceExperience supporting US government cybersecurity programsCybersecurity certifications (Security+, CEH, CISSP, CISM, etc.)CISSP and CEH certificationsExperience managing direct client engagement team to deliver impactful support to Federal clients.

Experience with managing/supporting and/or knowledge of cybersecurity or high value asset program.Knowledge of Cybersecurity Framework, Risk Management, NIST 800-83 Rev 5Experience developing and maintaining working relationships while serving Federal clients onsite.Ability to identify obstacles and opportunities that impact the success of plans or initiatives.
