Requires a Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics or a related field5 years of experience in the position offered or 5 years of experience performing Big Data processing and delivering visualization using Alteryx, QlikView, and Tableau OR acquiring data from disparate sources, cleansing and transforming data, developing and implementing data analyses, and summarizing business insightsIn lieu of a Bachelor's degree in the aforementioned fields and 5 years of experience as stated, employer will accept a Master's or foreign equivalent degree in aforementioned fields and 3 years of experience as stated. 3 years of experience creating data products using HDFS and Hive within Hadoop to analyze and secure data OR building data pipelines, developing data products to support critical business initiatives, and overseeing data landing requestsEmployee reports to office in Dearborn, MI.

Position may work from home, but must live within commuting distance of stated office. Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.We are offering a salary of $178,277 to $181,709 per year.

Oversee efforts to build product and align the best coding and process practices that improve efficiency, speed, stability, system resources and capabilities. Lead in translating business requirements to build scalable, sustainable, efficient, coded processes. Productionize coded processes and contribute to overall customer/end-user experience strategy and vision.

Responsible for managing scalable growth, to accelerate delivery of business value.
