Our manufacturing client in the Plymouth, IN area is seeking an experienced IT Manager ERP Specialist/IT Manager to manage and lead IT initiatives for their company.

The environment is a blend of on-prem and cloud services including Epicor Kinetic, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, end-user support, systems and network administration, and general IT best practices and documentation responsibilities. Role Overview: We are seeking an IT Manager ERP Specialist/IT Manager who embodies a hands-on, self-management, collaborative, and innovative approach. This role involves overseeing our IT infrastructure, ensuring robust security, and maintaining seamless operations.

The candidate should have experience in managing software systems such as Epicor: Kinetic, Salesforce, EDI and Office 365. Key Responsibilities: Managing, administering and leading training efforts for Epicor Kinetic and Salesforce. Network infrastructure assessment and optimization.

Managing core software systems. Implementing and overseeing VPN setups. Developing IT policies and procedures.

Collaborating across departments. Leading IT projects. Providing training and support. Light travel maybe required.

Required Skills: IT management experience, preferably in manufacturing. Knowledge of Epicor: Kinetic, Salesforce, Various EDI systems, Office 365. VPN setup and management.

Network assessment skills. Project management and communication skills. PLC knowledge is a plus. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
