ArcelorMittal Texas HBI LLC seeks an IT Manager to develop systems and infrastructure strategies. Lead strategic projects related to systems' implementation.

Manage IT Contracts and ensure adherence to IT budget. Ensure datacenter maintenance and database administration. Work and partner with cross-functional teams, including Telecommunications, Applications, Servers, Infrastructure, Help Desk services, and Documentation process.

Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience with installation, setting up, and managing local and corporate IT-systems and networks, including hardware and software applications, networks, servers and datacenters; 5 years of experience direct managing/supervising other IT professionals; 5 years of experience working directly within the IT infrastructure of a global company; 3 years of experience working in SAP projects including server & network support; and 2 years of experience with managing the creation of test scenarios, scheduling tests, supporting tests, and documenting results.
