Title: Onbase SME/Solution Architect

Job Description:
This position will support all phases of SDLC for OnBase System and related applications. This opportunity allows for working closely in a group of 8+/- peers. This position is an integral part of our development team, with responsibilities that include:

• Implement solutions with OnBase system
• Design, configure, and maintain implementations of business needs using out of the box OnBase modules
• Work closely with software developers to build customized solutions
• Gather and document change requirements from business users
• Conduct research and create documentation and recommendations
• Design, development, documentation, and execution of test cases
• Solve application behavior problems in a team oriented SDLC
• Provide support to other teams for OnBase and related applications

Position Requirements/Skills:

• Hyland OnBase Experience (minimum):
  • Unity Client/Thick Client/Configuration
  • Server architecture/Core Topology/Ability to install a full release of OnBase
  • Document/Keyword structures
  • DIP
  • Workflow
  • Scheduling
  • Dashboards
• Hyland OnBase Experience (preferred):
  • Security groups
  • OnBase troubleshooting (eg Diagnostics Console)
  • COLD/AFP
  • Retention
  • OnBase Scan Queues
  • Office Integration/Plugins
  • Hyland OnBase certification(s)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in gathering and documenting requirements from business users
• Ability to write detailed deployment instructions
• Ability to interact with non-technical coworkers
• Able to apply knowledge from OnBase MRGs, training, and experience to create solutions for users
• Proficient in designing, developing, and documenting test cases
