The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact between the different departments (IT, Product team, Operations) of Eataly North America, Italian HQ and primary consultants (Accenture).The Project Manager after the conclusion of the ERP implementation project will be involved in other challenging projects as the constant expansion of the company in the North American market.The Project Manager reports to the VP of Finance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborates with many departments (IT, Logistics, Product team, Finance, Operation) to implement deliverables, goals, risks, blockers, success measures, and estimated resources needed.Communicate the status of the project with company leadership, primary stakeholders, and task owners.Ensures the implementation remains in-scope and meets scheduling, business needs and quality requirements.

Provides project status updates to all stakeholders on the status of the projectPlan, schedule, monitor, and report on activities related to the project, including contractor monitoring.Leads status review meetings, which may include internal team members, vendors, and customers.QualificationsProactive with strong communication & presentation skills.

Proactive in managing multiple projects and teams of resources concurrently in a fast-paced technology environment.At least 8 years of full-cycle IT project management experience, able to manage multiple projectsThe person should have a lot of experience in ERP/CRM implementation projectsExpert level in Microsoft Office Applications and project management software toolsBachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related fieldAdministration in Operations or Project Management (preferred PMP certification)JOB REQUIREMENTSOccasional Travel within the USA or in EuropeRole is onsite (HQ - NY)The annual salary for this position is $150,000- $180,000Additional InformationBenefits and PerksMedical, Dental, Vision InsurancePaid Time OffPaid Parental Leave401K with match or RRSPBonus programFree family meal dailyDiscounts at EatalyClasses on products and Italian cuisineReferral bonus programand more!Eataly is an equal employment opportunity employer.
