Using advanced technology, CRC's workforce focuses on safely and responsibly supplying affordable energy for California by Californians.The CRC Facilities and Construction Group is seeking to fill the position of Project Manager based in Tupman, CA.The base annual salary for this posted position is reasonably expected to range from $143K to $228K, with a target annual bonus opportunity of 20% - 25% of base salary and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.

Your actual level and base salary, however, will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience. Responsibilities Project Manager functions include, but are not limited to:Manage a suite of facilities projects ranging in size from a few hundred thousand dollars to many millions of dollars including pipelines, processing and separation facilities, pumps and compressors, instrumentation and controls, etc.

Cost, schedule and scope management and tracking of projectsCoordination of multidisciplinary teams to ensure the right scope is being selected and then driving that team from project kickoff through design, construction and commissioning of the projectTrack project performance indicators and resolve variances to ensure projects are delivered successfullyReport to Projects Lead and other key stakeholders on project progress, performance and issuesManage engineering firms and construction firms to deliver high quality deliverables on budget and scheduleEnsure compliance with applicable regulations, codes, and standardsDrive innovative solutions, cost reduction and quality improvement across the suite of projectsWork with reservoir teams to develop future year facilities expansion projects to support drilling/developmentRequest the employment of expert consultants, when deemed necessaryCoordinate and resolve technical issues arising on projectsQualificationsRequired qualifications:Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Science, Civil or Electrical EngineeringFive plus (5+) years of similar experience, in a related field of Project Management and/or Facilities Engineering/DesignKnowledgeable of project management and project controls principals including critical path scheduling, cost estimation, and earned value, risk, and stakeholder managementKnowledgeable of water treatment technologies as they relate to produced water treatment, heat exchange; pumps and compressors, piping and pipeline design, piping codes, standards and material specifications and process control basicsAbility to interpret customer requirements and translate them into a practical project scopeAnalytical capability as required in collecting, reviewing, assessing and interpreting customer's data and process requirements and developing responsive design specifications and parametersCommunication and interpersonal skills, as required in working effectively with internal and external stakeholders/team members Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Project Demonstrated commitment to safety, including safety considerations in engineering design, recommendations, and operabilityAbility to make technically and economically sound recommendations with incomplete information and in the time requiredDemonstrated ability to work within multidiscipline team environmentMust have a valid driver's license & a clean DMV recordPreferred qualificationsCertified (PMP) Project Management Professional Professional Engineering LicenseUnderstanding current California regulatory requirements as they relate to Oil and Gas projectsCRC is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/Disability/VeteranJob Field: FacilitiesOrganization: CRCSchedule: Full-time.
