Job Title:Research Intern - Undergraduate Cost Center:201371340 MCRI-Research Support Services Scheduled Weekly Hours:40 Employee Type:Temporary - Health Insurance Only (Fixed Term) Work Shift:Mon-Fri; day shifts (United States of America) Job Description:JOB SUMMARY:The Research Intern-Undergraduate provides an undergraduate student the opportunity to contribute to the development, data collection, analysis and presentation of results for assigned research projects. The individual will be mentored by a research scientist or investigator and will fulfill the assigned requirements within their scope of knowledge.

The position will be filled upon a need within a specific area; however, areas of research concentration may include clinical research, laboratory research, genetics, anthropology, agricultural research or bioinformatics.This temporary position is available until August 8, 2024. JOB QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATIONFor positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.

EDUCATIONEducation qualifications must be from a school whose accreditation is recognized by the Marshfield Clinic Health System.Minimum Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Enrolled in a bachelor's degree program within a science related field, with completion of two years.
