Together, we won't stop!Position SummarySenior Analysts, Technical to deliver high level scope analysis and technical solution design of the processes/systems impacted and work plan for each project assigned. Facilitate future state business process design to elaborate the business capabilities needed. Work with the business, architects, user experience teams, product management teams, and developers to ensure that solutions are delivered not on just the technical and business process needs but delivered on a quality user experience.

Understand technical requirements and solution design presented by development and identify gaps and potential issues. Conduct and coordinate functionality testing and documents defects for resolution. Communicate change and impact to end users.

Assist the business in creation of KPI's and benchmarks to ensure anticipated project benefits are clarified early and achieved.Position Duties and Responsibilities:Collect information to analyze and evaluate existing or developed T-Mobile applications or systems. Elaborate on requirements, current and future state workflows through supporting artifacts including process flow diagrams, wireframes, data models using Business Process Modelling (BPM) Technique.

Apply experience in gathering requirements by conducting JAD (Joint Application Development) sessions with internal customers, external vendors and communicating requirements to developer team using JIRA, Confluence, MS Project and MS Office.Apply theoretical knowledge with DevOps processes and experience with SCRUM processes.Apply experience in Leading scrum ceremonies, managing the backlog, planning the sprints, and grooming all the requirements.

Estimate task and workload to achieve deliverables and goals, delivering on time and on estimation.Apply experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies, using MSVision, MSProject and MSOffice.Interact regularly with Business Analysts, Customers, Architects, Developers, Application Support, and Operations, and work with partnering teams across multiple business units on successful delivery of systems enhancements.

Design system flows, create Functional Specification documents, and utilize departmental Software Development Lifecycle Methodology as a guide for analysis activities.Apply hands-on experience using JIRA to manage requirements and stories for development work; JIRA Confluence, Rational Rose and Splunk.Apply experience in using AppDynamics and Splunk Business tools to help build dashboards that automatically correlate application performance to business outcomes and for monitoring applications issues.

Collaborate with development teams to groom user stories and develop workable solutions that meet business expectations.Provide guidance on testing scope, strategy and plan, partnering with testing organizations to validate solutions prior to deployment.Manage project risks, issues, actions, and decisions; drive to completion, and communicate and escalate.

Work with the project manager to ensure delivery of the project requirements.Apply proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, IE/Chrome, and experience with Visio, S Project, and SharePoint.Functional and Technical Skills:Applicant's exp.
