Qualifications of the Senior Civil Engineer: A minimum of 5 years' experience in transportation project management, emphasizing both preliminary and final design phases. Prior Design-Build project involvement is a plus. Must be a Licensed Professional Engineer in Minnesota or eligible for licensure within six months of employment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational, technical, and analytical abilities. Proven expertise in team leadership and staff development.
