Experience operating and developing infrastructure and services in public cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).Excellent communications skills, capable of working with cross functional technical and business teams and varying levels of management, in a professional manner.DescriptionThis is a highly technical, hands-on role that requires a wide and deep experience in managing infrastructure and applications across data centers and cloud services.

You will design and implement new capabilities and tools for Kubernetes within Apple Services Engineering. This position requires practical knowledge of Kubernetes, public cloud platforms, software engineering, operations and automation. Building and managing relationships with diverse sets of customers who use the platform will be equally critical to ensure collective success.

Education & ExperienceBachelor of Science in Computer Science or 5+ years of equivalent, hands-on technology experience designing, implementing, and operating mission-critical infrastructure tools and servicesAdditional RequirementsAny of the following is an advantage but not required:- Experience working with open source projects.Pay & BenefitsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.

The base pay range for this role is between $170,700.00 and $300,200.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
