These individuals set strategic goals for the team, hire engineers, and prioritize projects. You'll be involved technically, too. Developing new products, identifying requirements, and executing with excellence.

Your MissionLead team by providing technical and solution direction, prioritizing key items to build OneTrust's consent platform. The Consent platform is a scalable, adaptable platform that can be easily integrated to customer workflows and built to be reliable as a Consent governance solution.You AreExperienced overseeing end-to end-development activities while monitoring reliability and performance of all internal systems and suggesting improvements when required.

You will ensure compliance with security regulations while managing software development projects by setting requirements, goals, and timelines. Designing strategies for future development projects based on the company's overall objectives and resource availabilityImplementing innovative technologiesCoordinating with internal and external stakeholdersProviding technical oversight to your teamEnsuring projects are delivered according to scheduleGood at finding opportunities to improve development processesExperienced building out onboarding and mentoring programs to teach and train other engineers in order to incubate individual and team growthYour Experience Includes Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field Minimum of 15+ years of engineering experience with a strong track record of successful development and delivery of complex, enterprise-class software that results in material market impactRecent experience in building/deploying highly reliant marketing or operational systemsRecent experience building widgets that can be integrated into websitesRecent experience building scalable RESTful services in the cloudRecent experience working with systems that process millions of events per dayRecent experience in development, operations, troubleshooting, and managing teamsUnderstanding of how to operate in a DevOps modelProven critical thinking and advanced analytical skills and qualitiesStrong consulting skills and tactful conflict management skillsSystematic problem-solving approach coupled with a strong sense of ownership and driveSystem design and architecture experienceDesign and architecting large complex distributed systemsDeep knowledge of data structures and programmingAbility to think of various Algorithms, given a problemSolid understanding of agile software development lifecycleAbility to influence and build collaborative teamsFor California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training.

Location-flex: Similar to other companies' remote policies, for OneTrust Location-flex" roles, you will primarily work from your home office location. However, you may be required to travel to our OneTrust offices or customer sites periodically based on the nature of your role.
