If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.The RoleDesign and develop complex platform software (low level and middleware) for powertrain electronic control units, from prototype to productionBe responsible for development of highly reliable and critical electric vehicle componentsProvide design, development, and debug support for integrating individual functions into the control unitEnsure optimization of platform software through design reviews and code reviewsDevelop a design and/or product validation test program to ensure robustness of designQualificationsExperience in one of the programming languages C/C+Experience with Real Time Operating Systems (RTOS) and architecturesExperience in reading schematics and data sheetsHands-on experience with on-chip debugging tools and troubleshooting both software and hardwareExperience with board bring-upExperience with scripting tools and methods to optimize SW development and testing activities5+ years experienceBS minimum in the areas of Computer Science, Computer engineering, Electrical engineering or other related fields or equivalent experienceMS preferredSalary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
