Find your place in technology of.We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a high performing team of engineers in iteratively developing new features and capabilities on the EPSAM platforms.

Our applications are fundamental to supporting our Sales and account management teams to establish and develop fantastic relationships with our customers. The Senior Engineering Manager partners with product owners, technology leaders, and engineers to develop roadmaps, design and implement cutting edge technology solutions, and drive modern engineering principles in accordance with our digital transformation strategy. Comfortable with ambiguity, you ask the tough questions, debate at the table, dissent where necessary, and commit where there's consensus. How will you make an impact in this role?Actively provide people-leadership, deep technical knowledge and contribute to the engineering team that will design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug work efforts for customer-facing applications, business applications, and/or internal end-user applications. People leader for a high functioning team of engineers reporting to an Engineering Director who is responsible for multiple teams.

Software Engineering:Hands-on engineer with expertise in developing complex, large scale enterprise applicationsResponsible for technical aspects of software engineering for assigned applications including design, developing prototypes, and coding assignmentsPartners with customers and other internal teams and technical product managers to deliver improvements to the platformEstablish and accepts responsibility for engineering practices across teams for example the code review, build and release process and the effectiveness of the retrospectiveEmpower teams to automate demand driven scalable application deployments in test or production environmentsApply specialized knowledge of industry standards or practices to assigned initiatives in order to identify complex and or broad problems and issues and formulate recommendationsCollaborates with leadership across teams to define solutions, technical implementation to drive software maturity and practicesLeadershipPeople Leader to individual scrum team, including B30 colleagues and contractors, dotted line leadership to any B35 colleagues in scrum team(s)Promote, empower, and practice servant-leadershipDrives the team's technical improvements and roadmapTakes accountability for the technical maturity of the teamMentor and guide team members to success; identify strengths and areas for growth in direct reports and guides them to grow in their careers while being more productive on the teamNurture an environment of continuous engineering improvement through mentoring, feedback, and metricsWorking with Engineering Director to hire top talent for the teamMinimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in computer science, computer science engineering, or related experience required; advanced degree preferred10+ years of active engineering5+ years of Hand on experience working on/with Salesforce products4+ years leadership experience in a complex technical environment and/or comparable experienceSuccessful design, creation and deployment of one or more enterprise-grade technology assets, including integration of cross-platform solutions in an Agile product environmentExperience with agile software development methodologies and practices such as Scrum/Kanban, iterations, user storiesExperience with leading employees ( formally or informally) including providing regular feedback and mentoringAbility to set priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Ability to learn and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.Adaptable to changes in product requirements, organizational structures and business conditionsEngaged with the open source community, demonstrated public speaking, etcAbility to effectively interpret technical and business objectives and challenges, and articulate solutions.

Understanding of Agile or other rapid application development methodsExperience in Continuous integration, Continuous delivery, and DevOps Systems.Learns and applies new technologies and techniques. Keeps up to date on current research and technology in the industryRecognizes the importance of collaboration to achieve objectives.
