Read more: careers.bms.com/working-with-us.The Senior Manager of MS&T Manufacturing Systems Engineering and Operationsbrings leadership, enthusiasm, intellectual curiosity, scientific rigor, and a desire to help drive novel programs to manage the manufacturing systems engineering for the Manufacturing Cell Therapy network. The Senior Manager is accountable for leading and overseeing personnel responsible for supporting the solution intake and design, delivery, operational support, continuous improvement, change management, and lifecycle for the site manufacturing execution system (MES) and associated boundary systems used in the production of personalized cell therapy products for both global clinical trials and commercial supply.

The Senior Manager will play a vital role in the leadership, organization, and integration of Site MS&T and Cell Therapy Global Manufacturing network at Bristol-Myers Squibb. The position requires strong leadership, project management skills, and stakeholder coordination.The Manufacturing Systems Engineering team primarily works with local (site) Business Process Owners, Global MS&T, Global IT, Cell Therapy Network subject matter experts, MSEO Operations support, IT, and resources supporting boundary systems to:Support consistent execution of MES recipe modifications, change controls, and adherence to governing documents related to change managementProvide on-floor, on-site, or remote level 2/3 support to site operations teams (manufacturing, quality, supply chain, IT)Support Manufacturing Systems incidents, quality event investigations, and impact assessments on the process control strategy and associated elementsLead Electronic Batch Record life cycle activities and improvements (system and process)Effectively collaborate across the organization at a global and local level to support business strategies, best practice operations, and Business Continuity (BCP)Support the Continued Process Verification (CPV) and process monitoring programLead the execution of QMS deliverables - including creation/revision of documentation (ie, standard operation procedures, work practices, training, etc.
