Position OverviewLeads, defines and owns the vision for complex, enterprise technical solutions with a cloud-first approach. Ensures IT capabilities are designed, built and deployed using technology best practices while ensuring cost effectiveness in delivery and total cost of ownership.
Develops and owns technology roadmaps with emphasis on driving out complexity and ensuring the company can scale efficiently and effectively as it grows. Works with the various IT leaders and associates to define technology architectures to meet the business needs.ResponsibilitiesDefines vision for technical solutions.
Facilitates a technology approach to requested new systems or enhancements that optimize RGA's use of technology while minimizing total cost of ownership.Keep abreast of industry trends, technology advancements and product/vendor direction, and plays a lead role in developing the skills and knowledge of other technical resources within RGA.Active participant in RGA's technology leadership group.
Act as the visionary and strategist for the solution vision.Seeks continuous performance improvement in technology solutions and ensures security of information.Work with IT leadership to define overall recruiting needs and expertise in solution area, professional development needs of technical staff.

Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location.
