What You'll DoWe are looking for a Software Engineer superhero who is passionate about building and adding to one of the core products at ThousandEyes. You like big data, we help process close to 2 billion measurements a day with a processing average of <20 seconds at the p95. You are motivated, we are a high performance team of 5 supporting one the core pieces of inspection for ThousandEyes.

You are responsible, we create reliable and performant systems and support them in production. The goal of the Cloud and Enterprise Agent team is to provide a real-time network monitoring platform that measures, correlates, and visualizes synthetic data about global network conditions. This data allows our customers to gather performance metrics about network services and servers that they depend on and make informed decisions about how to take action should something go wrong.

Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location and additional factors, including but not limited to skillset, experience, and relevant education, certifications, or training. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco pays at the standard rate of 1% of incentive target for each 1% revenue attainment against the quota up to 100%. Once performance exceeds 100% quota attainment, incentive rates may increase up to five times the standard rate with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target.
