This role in Data Engineering Platform Team requires architecting, planning, designing, and operational support of AT&T's supply chain value stream applications in Agile and DevSecOps model across on-premises, public cloud, and SaaS. This role requires to work on exciting and challenging projects as well as on call rotation in different shifts. The Senior System Engineer is responsible for the implementing, improving, supporting, and participating in the processes, strategies and tools for the assigned business or functional area.

Provide input and expertise for key technical functions by utilizing knowledge of the business, industry, and technology, especially in the Oracle EBiz/EBS Application Suites including Fusion Applications, Database, middleware, and technology infrastructure in support of supply chain value stream applications. Collaborate with internal teams and business users, creating strategically sound Target State Architectures. You'll have a major say in mentoring, setting priorities and fostering a client-centric environment where everyone learns and grows.

Responsibilities and Day-to-Day ViewBachelor of Science degree preferably in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical degree or equivalent technical experience. Master of Science is preferred5-8 years' experience in administering Oracle Applications R12 (12.1 and 12.2) and databases Experience (12c and 19c) in Oracle application and database patching, cloning and upgrades.

Install, configure, and administer E-Business environments. Experience in Oracle Applications maintenance, patching, Upgrade, Migration.Hands on experience with Applications concurrent processing, Parallel concurrent processing (PCP), Oracle Application Server, Oracle forms configuration, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.

Hands on experience with Oracle applications workflow configuration, diagnosis, and troubleshooting.Strong knowledge and experience in disaster recovery failover/failback procedure Monitoring and troubleshooting Database and EBS application performance issues. Extensive experience in working on Shared Application Tier (SAT), JDK, and JRE configuration, JDK/JRE Upgrade.

Experience working in Oracle EBS DMZ setup. 3 to 5 years' experience with Oracle Fusion Applications and Oracle Fusion MiddlewareHands on experience on Single Sign on (SSO) for Oracle EBS R12 using Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g, 12c, OAM and OID environments.Support Oracle Enterprise Manager and production/development maintenance.

5 to10 years' experience in Oracle RDBMS 12c, and 19c maintenance, patching, upgrade, migration tasks.Experience in Oracle RAC, ASM, RMAN, Data Guard technologies.Extensive experience on Multinode application tiers and RAC environment (on UNIX and LINUX) based environments)Hands on experience with applying quarterly PSU's and CPUs to databases and applications.

Experience in ORDS and Golden Gate MicroservicesExperience in Cloud Engineering including Azure or AWS or Oracle Experience in IaaS, PaaS, SaaS services, DaaS, and IaaS. Design/provision and manage Azure IaaS and PaaS services like Oracle, Postgress, Azure SQL server, Snowflake, Databricks.Experience with data engineering and Snowflake platformsDesign, develop, deploy, and manage high availability clusters using Azure Kubernetes and Docker Swarms Manage deployment automation using terraform to automate system operationsKnowledge on MySQL, MariaDB, Casandra is a plusExperience and knowledge with Oracle OEM and ExadataOur Senior-System Engineers earn between $115,600-$231,100 Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
