Develop, design, debug, enhance, implement, code, and test software applications supporting business units and functions, transformation logic, solutions, platforms, hardware, tools, data structures, algorithms. Review technical direction, requirements, and system architecture, confer with programmers, performing OOD. Create unit test cases for validating inputs and functionality.

Maintain documentation, identify problems, analyze client/user needs, recommend modifications, and formulate validation plans. Use Java, J2EE, C, C+, C#, Struts, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Oracle, SQL, SOAP, RESTful web services, XML, JSON, Mark Logic API, JavaScript, Git, Linux, Unix, Perl, BitBucket. 40 hrs/wk. Must Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field and 2 years experience in the proffered position, or as a Developer, Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation.

In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in the specified fields plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the specified occupations. Must have at least one (1) year of experience coding; developing data structures, algorithms; reviewing requirements; performing OOD and testing; using Java, C, C+, C# Linux, Unix, Perl. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted.
