DoubleVerify runs mission-critical systems that process billions of real-time transactions a day, hence performance and scalability considerations would guide you throughout each project.

Software EngineerStrong experience with PythonExcellent SQL skillsFamiliarity with Java (1.8+) preferredExperience in building large distributed backend systems using multiple open source technologiesExperience in building highly resilient, scalable REST-based servicesFamiliarity with Kubernetes and/or Docker and CI/CD deployment pipelinesFamiliarity with stream processing of large datasets and related technologies like KafkaHas proven record of making data driven decisionsExcellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to write detailed technical documentsExperience working in Ad Tech industry preferredBS, MS or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding (eg, physics or mathematics), or equivalent technical experienceThe successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV.The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between $114,000 - $225,000.
This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits.
