The Cybersecurity Services function supports and ensures alignment of security controls required to enable lululemon's strategic objectives while delivering Cybersecurity program objectives that protect the business and enable continued growth. We are searching for a Technology Manager to join our team. A candidate with prior experience managing and coordinating portfolios, programs, and projects is ideal for this role, as this role will not only lead a team but will be key to ensuring clear and consistent priorities are communicated across a wide range of supporting technology teams.

A day in the life:Oversee all strategic initiatives where cybersecurity outcomes, support, and services are required.Evaluate strategic initiatives to determine the impact and/or requirements for cybersecurity controls.Work with business stakeholders and cybersecurity leaders to gain a clear line of site on strategic initiatives to prioritize enterprise initiatives and manage risks of potential misalignment.

Lead strategic initiatives portfolio and resource capacity forecasting/planning for cybersecurity services initiatives, this includes multi-annual, annual, and monthly planning.Collaborate with CISO, principal architects, engineers, and other technology leaders to understand dependencies and requirements to build and deliver new security capabilities aligned with business and enterprise risk management strategies. Proactively understand and manage competing priorities and resource constraints.

Manage and support career development of a team of technologists. Support business leaders across functional areas teams to ensure cybersecurity initiatives are supported by business and technology stakeholders. Develop and nurture key partnerships tied to strategic initiatives.

Provide direction and guidance to the team to assist in the definition and implementation of cybersecurity best practices, standards, and regulations for all strategic initiatives at the business level.Qualifications:8+ years of combined hands-on leadership, program, portfolio, or project oversight experience. Demonstrated track record of 3+ years of managing complex cybersecurity cross-organizational, multi-stakeholder programs/projects or other activities.

Ability to convey ideas, advice, and resolution options to enable business to senior management and staff; and influence stakeholders to execute on time.Ability to effectively communicate technical and business issues and solutions to multiple organizational levels internally and externally as needed. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to think strategically and tactically when needed.

The typical hiring range for this position in Washington is from $141,400-$185,600 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
