Akkodis is seeking a Solution Architect for a Contract with a client in San Jose, CA (Remote). This role requires deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM-CMDB, Service Mapping, or ITAM to lead architecture decisions and guide implementation teams while overseeing integrations and platform optimization.

Rate Range: $75/hour to $79/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Lead the end-to-end architectural design of complex ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM-CMDB, Service Mapping, CSDM, and ITAM modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define architectural roadmaps and ensure solutions align with strategic goals and platform best practices.
• Oversee configuration, customization, and solution development, ensuring scalability, performance, and adherence to governance standards.
• Architect and guide integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and enterprise tools.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, including 3+ years in an architect or lead role.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM (CMDB, Service Mapping, CSDM), or ITAM (HAM/SAM), with a proven ability to design scalable, enterprise-level architectures.
• Strong experience architecting integrations, overseeing configuration/customization, and providing technical leadership across large-scale ServiceNow implementations.

Pay Details: $75.00 to $79.00 per hour
