We are a Digital Marketing, Development & Design agency.

We are looking for an account manager/customer service representative for our digital marketing department, must have prior digital marketing or related field experience. Must have excellent English writing and communication skills. Must be extremely computer savvy. Excellent knowledge of the Internet, Search Engines, social media, including Google +, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pintrest, Youtube, Linkedin. Must be extremely organized, proficient with Excel and spreadsheets. Must be able to multi task and have excellent follow up skills. Duties include managing client relations, customer service and problem solving, correspondence with all outside vendors, writing/editing web copy/content for clients, and communication with freelancers that work on our projects. This position has great opportunity for the right individual for advancement and growth.


  • Communicate with clients to resolve issues.
  • Communicate with vendors to insure all work is completed and delivered on time.
  • Manage and update all reports daily.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Communicate with vendors on all deliverables.
  • Work on completing projects and insuring a high level of satisfaction for our clients.
