What you'll do:

  • Position Title: Project Manager
  • Location: Bellevue, WA
  • Expected start date to end date: June 11th - Aug 17th
  • Describe the role. What is the purpose and objective of position?
    • Work within our Global Services Organization to manage the delivery of an identified initiative/project that increases scale to the business and improves the customer experience (observe processes, gather information from colleagues, sequence processes, understand why they happen, develop and deliver solutions).
    • Manage the entire lifecycle of assigned project which would include defining requirements, solutioning, managing risks, change management, delivery and post-implementation support with little oversight or direction
    • Ensure completion of deliverables, managing schedules, meeting milestones, training coordination, and change management communication to ensure success of assigned project.
    • Maintain contact with project stakeholders to confirm requirements and/or level of satisfaction with progress and performance.
    • Maintain contact with the project's service providers to ensure timely action, integration and efficient use of resources to meet requirements.
    • Produce detailed reports and notifications as appropriate.
    • Take pro-active action to minimize risks.

  • Background in Business Administration and Management. Are you proud to call yourself a project manager or analyst?
  • Strong cross-functional and analytical skills - love to dig into data?
  • Displays professionalism and superior communication skills.
  • Creative and Flexible. Are you able to self-manage and navigate ambiguity effectively?
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and willing to learn new software.
  • Do you know what any of these are: Salesforce.com (SFA & Service Cloud), Financial Force/PSA, Big Machines, JIRA? BONUS!
