The Information Technology (IT) Manager will participate as a key member of the Environmental Solutions Group (ESG) IT Management Team ensuring the performance and sustainability of applications and related infrastructure.


  • Participate as a key member of ESG IT Management Team.
  • Responsible for the operational efficiency of the IT team's support model.
  • Create system roadmaps and coordinate the maintenance and patching of applications.
  • Plan and lead the upgrade of IT applications. Manage consultant and vendors relationships.
  • Design and ensure team adherence to all IT processes, policies, and procedures including IT Security.
  • Develop training programs and documentation for IT team and users.
  • Responsible for IT SoX Controls compliance for in scope applications.
  • Responsible for the financial management including AOP, budget management, and forecasting.
  • Responsible for ESG IT staff management including work plan development, performance management, and individual development.
  • Compile and present Management Reports on IT team performance including metrics, project deliverable status, etc.


  • Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience required.
  • 7+ years of demonstrated IT industry experience.
  • Experience supporting or managing enterprise scale applications.
  • Proven experience as an IT manager or relevant experience.
  • Expertise in data center management, data governance, networking, and security.
  • Customer oriented approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Strong leadership, facilitation, teaching and mentoring skills.
  • Results-oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills and strong management skills.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills required.
