  • Act as primary liaison between Training and IT teams
  • Manage training iPads used in Sales School each week
    • Update iOS and apps as needed
    • Troubleshoot issues
    • Maintain inventory control
  • Assist sales trainers with iPad and network questions
  • Each week coordinate all phases of tablet setup for new agents including:
    • LAN ID creation
    • MobileIron enrollment
    • Microsoft Dynamics CRM set-up
  • Manage relationship with mobile device configuration vendor
  • Manage iPad and accessory inventory
  • Manage Verizon data lines
  • Provide troubleshooting support for new agents
  • Proactively manage issues/risks and escalate them as needed
  • Maintain a high level of personal commitment and accountability to the business, and a focus on quality and service with an attention to detail
  • Provide reporting to Sales team to assist with iPad recovery

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate/Expert in Microsoft Office Excel and other Microsoft productivity tools
  • Experience working with iOS or other tablet technologies
  • Ability to effectively work with users of various levels

  • Experience supporting a training environment
  • Experience with MobileIron or other MDM solution
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Experience with Apple Device Enrollment Program
  • Experience working in a support/Help Desk environment
  • Knowledge of insurance company processes

  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
  • Or equivalent work experience, including 5 years of working in a support or training environment.
