Technology and Engineering - USA Oldsmar, Florida

The CyberArk Admin will work as part of our Global Workplace Technology & Collaboration team designing, building and overseeing the implementation & operations of our Privileged Access Management platform.

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute against CyberArk architecture strategy

  • Proactively works with Enterprise Architecture and business unit teams across the company on CyberArk proof-of concept and deployment activities

  • Install, configure and maintain CyberArk environments including the planning and execution of system upgrades and patching

  • Maintains overall health of the CyberArk platform including monitoring alerts/log info and taking appropriate action as needed

  • Assist application/business unit teams with privileged accounts on-boarding into CyberArk

  • Performs application integration assessments and advises on the integration options

  • Serves as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Privileged Access Management domain

  • Develops and maintains end-user documentation, and provide relevant training

  • Participates in project planning and management activities across multiple efforts

  • Builds relationships with other lines of business across the organizations

  • Executes on Identity and Access Management roadmap/backlog items

  • Works with vendor Support/Engineering during defect Root Cause and Corrective Action investigation

  • Advanced Windows and Unix server administration experience with specific knowledge around user accounts administration, authentication and integration

  • Hands on applications administration & support experience

  • Hands Active Directory and LDAP queries experience

  • Functional understanding of TCP/IP networks and Firewalls

  • Functional understanding of database concepts

  • Ability to establish test plans and design effective test cases

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Strong data analysis/validation & problem solving skills

  • Ability to interpret, evaluate and communicate detailed information.

  • Ability to interact with IT personnel on all levels to resolve issues and provide solutions in a timely manner

  • Capable of prioritizing and managing assignments, tasks and projects to completion with minimal supervision

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or a related technology field.

  • 7+ years of enterprise experience

  • Experience working with CyberArk and admin responsibilities.

  • Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal and writing skills

  • Experience developing architecture road maps aligning with Enterprise Architecture principles

  • Microsoft, Cisco, & Security Certifications Preferred

  • Ability to Travel
