Job Description

The Inside Solutions Architect (inside SA) provides pre-sale technical consulting to advise and recommend technology solutions of various levels of complexity to clients. The Inside SA works directly with account executives to engage with clients. The Inside SA assesses the client's needs utilizing business systems analysis and designs a solution that fits the functional requirements of the client. The Inside SA, as a solution provider, exercises discretion and independent judgement in decision making during the design of the solution, considering pricing which meets the client's budgetary requirements. The Inside SA strategizes with their assigned sales team on IT solution opportunities. The Inside SA acquires and maintains various technical certifications pertaining to their technology specialty area (networking).


  • Six plus years experience working for a technology reseller or OEM
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Cisco WebEx and relevant internal business systems
  • Working knowledge of respective practice area technologies and related product solutions specifically Networking
  • High aptitude to stay current and train on related technology areas
  • Account planning skills with experience in up-sell and cross-sell strategies
  • Articulate with ability to clearly demonstrate the value proposition to the customer
  • Adept at providing technical solutions based on customer needs per the practice area
  • Analytical with ability to assess the customer's business systems requirements
  • Action oriented with strong executional skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven experience managing projects and delivering expectations, both internally and with clients
  • Proven success at working collaboratively with sales and internal colleagues to solve technical problems
  • Multi-tasker, with high energy, and excels in a fast-paced, dynamic call center environment.
  • Core working hours Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:30PM
