Full Stack Engineer (AI/Media Systems)

We're an ambitious, product-focused team building real-time, AI-driven systems at scale for language translation. We're looking for a highly experienced Full Stack Engineer who enjoys owning complex systems end to end and shaping technical direction.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who thrives in high-performance environments and cares deeply about reliability, latency, and user impact.

What you'll do

• Design and build scalable, low-latency Back End systems in Python and/or Rust
• Own critical infrastructure for real-time video and audio processing
• Build and optimize media pipelines with a focus on performance and reliability
• Lead architectural decisions and mentor junior and mid-level engineers
• Partner closely with product, AI/ML, and platform teams to ship production-ready systems
• Debug, profile, and optimize mission-critical services in cloud environments

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 4+ years of production Python experience
• Strong system design skills for distributed, cloud-based applications
• Experience building low-latency or Real Time systems
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and drive alignment
• Product mindset - you care about what you're building and why
• Experience with streaming protocols, Real Time media, or audio/video pipelines
• Rust in production environments
• Deploying and operating ML models in production systems
