Client is seeking versatile, "scrappy" yet rigorous Full Stack and Mobile Engineers to join us in building the future of automated logistics. We are expanding our engineering team across four critical work streams. We are looking for engineers who thrive in fast-paced startup environments and possess the communication skills to manage stakeholders while delivering world-class code.

• Integration Team: Building seamless bridges between Zipline and 3rd party delivery ecosystems.
• Delivery Network: Developing the Front End and Back End infrastructure for fulfillment, warehousing, and global deliveries.
• Internal Platform: Driving engineering excellence through data analytics and internal tooling.

• End-to-End Delivery: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy impactful full-stack solutions.
• User-Centric Design: Deep dive into user pain points to simplify complex workflows, enabling the business to scale efficiently.
• Product Development: Build everything from customer-facing tracking applications to complex internal inventory and shipping management systems.
• Scalability: Architect and develop distributed systems designed for global use using a modern tech stack.
• Rigorous Engineering: Maintain high code quality and architectural standards while moving with the speed of a high-growth startup.

• Startup Pedigree: Current or previous experience in a high-growth startup environment is mandatory.
• Frontend/Mobile: Expert-level React Native and React.
• Backend: Proficient in Python or Go (Java experience is a plus/acceptable trade-off).
• Database: Strong experience with PostgreSQL.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Testing: Ability to demonstrate technical proficiency via a React TestDome assessment.

This is a fully remote position, though candidates must be available to collaborate during core PST business hours. These roles are contract-to-hire, providing a clear path to permanent impact within a mission-driven organization.
