£50,000 - £60,000 + Bonus | Hybrid

I am working with a fantastic leader in their market to find a hands-on digital marketer that loves all things data! This is a unique opportunity to drive innovative digital campaigns for a brand synonymous with excellence and finesse.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (social, search, display).

Manage and grow CRM initiatives to enhance customer engagement and retention.

Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, identifying actionable insights.

Plan and execute A/B testing strategies to continuously improve conversion and engagement metrics.

Collaborate with creative, brand, and product teams to ensure digital initiatives align with the overall marketing strategy.

Stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage in the luxury space.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in digital marketing

Open to industries as the market can be taught by the wider team!

Strong technical skills with hands-on experience in paid media, CRM platforms, analytics, and testing methodologies.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
