Learn more here >Job Description: Accenture Federal Services has an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and accomplished Senior Cloud Native Application Developer to join our team. As a Cloud Native Application Developer, you will work closely with the other developers on the team to support business goals and to help ensure AFS products are released in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include:Work to provide software development support to meet requirements set by the clientWork in and Agile environmentDesign, develop, troubleshoot, and analyze open source applicationTranslate software requirements into workable programming code and maintain and develop programs for use in businessReview architecture, and select and integrate appropriate development and support tools to insure product performanceInvestigate, identify, and resolve code issues logged internally by QA, team members, or end usersDevelop and maintain documentationKeep Jira up-to-date with progress updatesPerform knowledge transfer with team members as neededHere's what you need:10 years of technology experience and a Master's degree or 12 years of technology experienceExperience with Cloud Native development using AWSKnowledge and experience with AWS cloud ArchitectureExperience with the software development life-cycle, including back-end web or API developmentExperience developing in an Agile enterprise development environmentBonus points if you have:Knowledge and experience in DevOps tools such as Git, Jira, Jenkins & MoreExperience with one or more of the following AWS offerings: Lambdas, DynamoDB, S3, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, RDS, etc.Experience with AWS cloud, infrastructure automation, testing, and optimizing workflow methodologies Experience developing, debugging and/or refactoring code for popular programming languages, node/JavaScript, Python and/or other programming languages (goLang, Groovy)Knowledge and experience with CI/CD pipelines in GitKnowledge and experience with containerization and DockerUnderstanding of CloudFormationExperience with Bash scriptingAWS Certified DeveloperKnowledge and experience with audio and video collectionsSecurity Clearance:Active Secret security clearance requiredCompensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.?As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and?information on benefits offered is here.
